22 June, 2010, the International Whaling Commission will vote on whether or not to end a 25 year old moratorium on whaling. Green Friends is a newsletter compacting environmental news from the week into a quick-access source, as well as providing additional (and unique) material.
Issue 2 is available now! The Gulf Oil Spill section is barely begun because the information is vast. In order to finish the rest of the issue, I put that asside for the day and worked exclusively on the other pieces and the whaling matter. In the coming days this living document will be updated, keep checking on it. Within the week a separate issue on the catastrophe will be released in full.
